The service went really well. Dean was out here all day, he was very professional and explained to me what was going on. He told me the cost up front and what all needed to be done. I was happy with the job. I will continue to use Dean again.

They cam out twice, and they were so good the first time that I called them out the second time. It was my father's house and we were getting it ready to rent. They were looking for a cleanout valve because we had some plumbing problems. He came out and looked all over the place. He said that he didn't have the camera and spent quite a bit of time there but didn't charge me anything at all. We called them again to fix a leak under the sink. They brought the camera this time and did the cleanout valve. They don't pressure at all and said that the line as clear and that there was some calcium residue. They gave you a lot of information and I felt that the price was totally fair and exactly what it needs to be to make a living. They explained things and left it to us to take decisions. They were wonderful. We have some work that needs to be done in our house and I will definitely call them again.
