THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. I TOOK ONCE TO GET IT FIXED AND HAD TO RETURN AND THE SECOND TIME THEY FIXED IT. FIRST TIME THEY DIDN'T GET FIXED. IT WAS READY WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. IT WAS A VERY GOOD TIME FRAME AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT.

COMPUSA TESTED THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT THE HARD DRIVE IN OUR LAPTOP WAS BAD. THE ENTIRE DRIVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE NEW DRIVE THAT WAS ORDERED. OUR COMPUTER GOT FIXED, BUT IT TOOK A WHILE.
