We met Scott Busse at a home show last summer, and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had spoken to a number of other granite fabricators, and after talking with him decided to work with him. He helped us to choose the granite slabs and picked them up for us to hold at his shop until we were ready to have the countertops done - this turned out to be almost 3 months. When we were ready for the countertops, he came out and made the patterns for the countertops and invited us to come to his shop to assist in choosing the way the patterns would be cut from the granite. He gave us a tour of his fabrication shop which was very interesting, and explained how the countertops were made. He worked with us in choosing how the patterns would be laid out on the granite and we appreciated being included in this process. He offered to make an ogee edging which is more elegant - and more expensive - than the bullnose edge we had originally selected and gave it to us for the same price. Our contractor was surprised that he completed the fabrication in one week (rather than the usual 2-3 weeks). He came as scheduled and we were delighted with how beautiful the countertops looked! The installation went smoothly and the countertops look fabulous! We have had many compliments from friends and neighbors on how beautiful they look. Scott also arranged for Victor to come out and install a tile mural and frame behind our stove, as well as all of the tumbled travertine backsplash for our kitchen. Victor was an artist, and did an absolutely perfect job. We love all of the work that was done by Scott and his crew, and would definitely work with them again! Highly, highly recommended!
