Their price is fine. I'm not sure about the quality, because I had to have them back three times. But they were different locations, so I can't really blame them. They are very good about responding. They come on time. I would never have to wait for them. I don't get their invoices very fast. His price is right, he is local and he is responsive, so I would use him again.

I didn't just like it but there was only one thing that was not that good. There was never anyone there to answer the phone but usually they got back to me. I always left a message and they did call me back within 24 hours. It was always through a message though. That wasn't bad but I guess it's just the way they operate. I think I didn't get to talk to the person until after 24 hours. I think I called about 4 or 5 times, and only one time there was somebody that actually answered the phone. The rest of it was voice mail and they got back to me 24 hours later. They didn't answer the phone most of the times, but the service was great and everything was perfect.

The job started on a Monday at 8:00 AM, the crew was here on time, and by 10:30AM the home was tented. The gas company was on time and shut of the gas meter, and marked it as off with a sign. My wife and myself had booked a room at a local motel, and would stop by to pick up our mail and paper on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday we came by at 11:00 am, and the tent was off,and we checked the signs on the door, and it was ok to go in. The gas man should up at 12:30PM and checked each gas appliance to make sure each appliance was in good operating condition After that he went outside and turned the gas on. He then came in and made sure each appliance was working .He left about 1:15 PM.. Paul came back on Thursday and asked if we had any questions. I explained to him that I had found outside to dead baby birds,(we have a tile roof) and they like to nest in the tile ridgeline of the roof.and apparently the workers misted the nest. One of my plants had browed out by the gas, but may be OK. Other than these items all went well..Paid for the work and Paul also showed me how to check for any signs of new termites, and let him know if this happens. HIs work has a warranty if there is another occurrence within one year ...........

Paul came within one day. He is extremely knowledgeable. Price was more than fair

He's good. We used him a couple of times and we have not had any return of bugs or anything.
