I did have windows replaced. It is so nice to be able to open windows with my fingers instead of a pry bar. He is very good. He had replaced the sliders for my doors when I first bought this place because the sliders were ruined. That was one of the escrow conditions. When I decided to go with him for the rest of the windows. He's quite young and very responsible and calls and if he's going to be 5 minutes late he lets you now that kind of stuff. He's just a good little businessman. He's going to do fine in life. There's no going around just good hard work.

Every time I think about fixing, or renovating anything in my house I get butterflies because dealing with contractors can be a nightmare.  Juan Navarro installed nine Milgard windows in my four bedroom house within two days.  His work was  clean and flawless. He takes pride about his work and enjoys explaining to his costumers the importance of installing windows properly.  Juan was great and working with him was a breeze.
