I paid the "owner" Tracey Resendiz over $4000 for labor and materials and she never finished the job. She never shows when she said she would. She made many promises most of which were broken; she would show up on the job unprepared or without proper supplies; leave and never come back for days. She would not return phone calls or text msgs. Most of the time her voicemail box was full and you couldn't leave a message. The work she did was substandard by anyone's measure. I hate to have to do this to anyone but I had no choice since I do not want orhers to be taken. She can convince you that she's honest and trustworthy so don't be fooled. I asked her time and time again got references but she never provided them and always had an excuse why. Do not hire her. You will be very disappointed and heartbroken.
