There are two distinct divisions: The Restoration Division provides emergency service 24/7/365 days a year that includes board-up, dry down and reconstruction services for damage caused by fire, water damage, sewer, mold, storm, smoke and odor. ASR Construction is a DKI ( (Disaster Kleenup International) company which is North America’s Largest Restoration Contracting Association. This allows us to have 100’s of staff and 1000’s of pieces of equipment at our disposal at the time of a real emergency. Together, both divisions have served the diverse needs of thousands of residential and commercial customers throughout Southern California and into New Mexico. ASR Construction has built a reputation of quality work done right and on schedule. We have a full staff of skilled craftsman allowing us to virtually perform all work in-house, minimizing the use of subcontractors. The Construction Division specializes in reconstruction, repair and maintenance for Residential, Multi-dwelling and Commercial Properties, from the small rebuilds to large multi-million dollar projects. We are members of both Community Association Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers (CACM). We believe in staying up on all the newest revelations in the HOA and Property Management world and actively pursue education that will further assist us in helping our customers.
