They did a great job and they carpet are dried by the time they leave. I will continue use them.

I have no complaints other than to say that it took much longer to dry than what I was told. In fact, took a couple of days when I was told it would take several hours. Carpet felt damp to the touch in spite of dry and warm weather. I kept fans running and circulated air to help the process out.
