+ -1 moreDO NOT RENT FROM Patrick Burris and AA Property Management!! Worse experience I have ever had with a landlord. After the fires rent gouged my rental in Ventura to max allowed by state law. 45 days and will never fix anything, blames it on the owner. Verbally abusive to his employees and tenants, yelling and put downs are his go to. Broke the law multiple times, even after confronting him he won't follow CA law. Asked for a pre-inspection move out and he refuses to provide required checklist of things that need repair allowing tenant to fix items. STAY AWAY! Plenty of good landlords out there, this isn't one of them!
