He broke a little part that secures the top of the washer while there. He couldn't get it to close easily so he forced it. The top of the washer was loose after he left. It wasn't before he came. We found the broken part when I replaced the washer. The part he fixed broken again!!! But since I didn't request he fix that again until after 30 days (yes folks, sometimes I don't do laundry for a month ;# ), I was going to be charged $45 to show up, which would be deduced when the work was done. But there would be no free redoing the work, I would be billed as if it was the first time he repaired the original broken part.
