They installed a walk-in tub, not even a few months later it breaks (leaking from inside the tub meaning they screwed up installing it) and they refuse to fix it even though it’s still under warranty. They are very unprofessional, rude, and basically screwing people over.

This was contract arranged through American Standard. This company installed the tub with no problems in a couple of hours. They were friendly and informative. The workspace was clean when they left. The tub has been working fine since then.
