R N R Heating And Air Conditioning

My air conditioner went out on the previous evening.  Today was the hottest day of the year so far.  I phoned Kenny around 1:30 pm, & by 2:45 he was at my house!!  A miracle in itself..  He was very professional & courteous.  Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem & had the part readily available in his truck.  He repaired the unit, cleaned it out & tuned it up to run more efficiently!!  It's only been 30 minutes and my house is cooling rapidly!!  I will recommend R & R to all my friends & family!!  Thanks, Kenny~~

Our goal when we look for someone to do work for us is to find someone competent, fair, honest, and reliable.  That person IS Kenny Renwick.  We wanted to replace our working (but old and inefficient) rooftop swamp cooler before the summer arrived.  Kenny gave us a good estimate on the typical downdraft swamp coolers, but also told us about a better design and model: MasterCool.  the unit cost was more than the standard unit, but the pros outweighed the cons, so we decided to go for it.  We had some issues with the store the unit was purchased from; Kenny smoothed those problems out for us and handled everything.  Kenny had the installation done ahead of schedule, and is very responsive to questions after the service.  He has worked in heating & a/c for many years, and just recently started his own business.  We wanted to help out the new business, and I have had occasion to work with Kenny at my workplace in the past.   He has family and history in the area, is a great guy, and we will continue to give him our business and refer family and friends to him. No, he did not take our dogs out for a walk.  but that's okay, we have a big yard, and i bet he would have walked them if they had needed it.  (a reference to the Angie'sList commercial. disregard if you haven't seen it.) laura
