It was hard to get in touch with them. They came when I wasn't home, and they also missed one appointment.

It went well. They were polite, they were reasonable with cost. It went okay.

Went very well.  A very polite, courteous De Garcia, came out to get rid of the ants that my tenant had been observing both inside and outside of the house.  There were also many spiders around the exterior of the premises.  De was great!  Excellent listener so he was able to address all my tenants questions as well as my own.  De went all around the house, inside and out, very thoroughly inspecting every crevice and corner where he thought there might be a potential for more ants.  He took his time and sprayed all suspicious areas.  All was well for a few weeks when my tenant said he had to call De back again as he found more ants.  George Webb Termite and Pest Control promptly took care of the problem.  It's now over 3 months and there haven't been any more ants since then.  Thank you for a job well-done!

The gentleman was punctual, knowledgeable, and responsive. It was good and there were no complaints. We didn't pay further than the price of the "Big Deal."

The entire process was very professional.  Excellent communication!  I especially appreciated that the price was reasonable and there was no attempt at up-selling. I'll will definitely be using them in the future for preventative maintenance inspections.

I purchased the AL Big Deal of general pest control treatment, and used on a rental property.  It went well as expected.

My mother had a serious problem. I contacted George Webb and they came out the following day on time and quickly went to work to rid my Mom's house of ants.  That was several months ago and the ants are still gone.  Excellent work.

They came in, inspected the house, and emailed me the full report in a day. very good service

The initial call was answered by George Webb himself. He set up an appointment for the next day. The employee arrived on time, ready to work. I asked about interior work. He said he inside cabinets at water supplies and around toilet bases can be problem areas and sprayed those areas with a handheld sprayer. No bugs thusfar.

No complaints, they came on time, they sprayed, ants gone.

I purchased a big deal on Friday and the service was performed on Wed, I appreciate the quick turn around on the appointment. The technician missed some webs at my front door, but it's not a deal breaker. I cannot comment on the qualityat this time, since the service was only performed a coupe days ago. I did not have a problem, just wanted some preventive maintenance since the home had been unoccupied for a few months.

Great. It's now October and the ants haven't been back.

It was not very good. They did not do much. Their punctuality in coming out was not very good. I thought they're going to do an inspection to see if there's more problem.

The first person I talked to on the phone forgot to put my appointment on the schedule, so they did not show up after I waited 2 hours and called to find out why.  I was rescheduled two days later. Luckily I had already planned for 3 days off work to do home projects so I was available.  The person who arrived was pleasant enough, but did not seem expert at all.  I pointed out all the evidence to him; he didn't even want to check all the likely entry  locations I mentioned, such as under the wooden deck.   He set poison and several traps.  The poison was eaten in less than a week and the rodents were still in my attic.  Nothing was caught by the traps; he did not set any bait in the traps.  When I got the entry holes covered (by hiring someone else), then there were no more rodent sounds in the attic.  I had asked the person to come back and do a re-check to be sure they were gone and to pick up any dead ones, but he never called or came despite saying he would come because he wanted to pick up his "high quality" traps anyway.  I, myself, could have easily done what he did.
