CONLEY ROOFING

The owner provided the estimate and was congenial enough, but he grumbled a little about having to get the city-required business license after I obtained the building permit. The crew of 3 or 4 men removed the old roof over a couple days' time, starting as early in the morning as practical.  One man did ALL the roofing work (I think his name was Bob) and was an absolute MACHINE! I really was in awe of his work ethic!  The roof was complete in about 4 days, I think (that was 2 1/2 years ago, sorry).  He installed 'eyebrow vents' at the peak as well.  My memory is that the owner said they'd install 5 of them, yet only 3 were put in.  (Unfortunately, I didn't insist on that being written into the contract.)  When Bob was done, he did a fair enough cleanup of debris.  The roof looks excellent.  Some water leakage occurred at the next rainstorm around the chimney into the garage area, so they came out to apply extra sealant. No problems since then.

Owner's son with two young helpers showed up as promised.  They worked steady and hard until the work was done, in one day.  Not only did they do a beautiful job but the young Conley did some repair work on a patch of dry rot at no additional charge.
My husband and I could not be happier dealing with Conleys Roofing Co.    We highly recommend using their company for your roofing needs.

They did great and there were no problems.  They gave an estimate and then I think they got busy.  It took them a couple of weeks to actually come out and do the work.  They were there when they said they would come.  The day they said they would come, they were here.  We will definitely use their services again in the future.
