About six months before, I bought a service plan, which was $60 for three-visit maintenance. The first time he was checking my thermostat, my heating and making sure everything was running properly. He cleaned out my thermostat and checked my vent to make sure that the airflow was flowing properly. The last time it was the air conditioner, he did the same, he checked the vents to make sure it had a proper setting and checked my air conditioner and all that stuff.
