Michael Ledesma, owner of Alll Weather Roofing, not only offered the lowest bid on the job but also did the highest quality work anyone could hope for. This was a challenging job on an historic house with a complex and steep roof. Michael performed all labor by himself, except the tear-off of two layers of old roof which he had help with. He took personal pride in his work and never tried to cut corners. In fact, the opposite was true; he took extra care to make sure the roof was tight as well as attractive. On this job, there were many problem spots in the decking that were hard to anticipate in the bid because of the age and condition of the old roof. Michael made all extra repairs at a very reasonable charge and did other additional work for only the cost of materials. He was a complete professional--knowledgeable, dependable and honest.
