They had to scout around the US to find parts. I told him the prices were too high and the guys behind the counter got mean with me and I just left. I think they over did it and excessive but he was not very polite to me. I sent them a letter to that affect telling him they were not polite and overcharged and they said nothing. I was very unhappy at the time but I got over it. They did a good job with the brakes.

I was in and out in a little over an hour. They were less than then original estimate on cost.
Very straight forward group that do what they say. Did not try to up sell me on needless additional services which had been my experience with dealer.

Everybody knows about them. We are about a few miles to the shop. They are very competent and very careful. They've been doing this for years and they are a bit expensive, but you will definitely be satisfied with them if you want the work done right. I think the price is worth it. Some people might complain because they may be pinching pennies. I am preparing to have them do some more work as time goes by.

They are very close to the Bart station as well as the grocery store so there are things that you can do while you wait for your car to be serviced. They are nice people, and their prices are very reasonable.
