Child Care - Center
Fountainhead Montessori chose to fully enforce the financial contract after a stroke struck one family member and heart failure struck another. The child had to be withdrawn early from the school and not only did the school opt to not refund any pre-paid tuition they also threatened send the next month's tuition to collections if it was not paid even though the child was no longer attending.
