Was online searching in the Market for a Property Appraiser. Califorina Property Valuations catchy name Valuations instead of Appraiser help me with my choice. Scheduled an appointment with this guys and from the phone experience to the personal greeting had been pure professionalism. Made an appointment at 3:00, California Property Valuations arrived 15 min. early. Very informative and nice guy introduce himself as Jacob and that he would be providing the service. We converse on few questions that i had and topics to really find the core service that was needed. I felt real comfortable with Jacob because of his honesty, humblness, and professional suggestions. We walked the property, measured, and photographed. We conversed the entire appraise on due's and don't I tell you California Property Valuations are very informative. I was real happy with my service and with Jacob. I have already spoken with others about this company and my humbling experience. Five star quality service.
