Terrible! We are a community of 26 homes in Lafayette California that hired John Cornell / Accutech to install a security camera and software system that would allow us to monitor the gate that guards access to you small community. When the system failed recently to provide us the video footage we needed to identify the vehicle that pushed our gates open, costing us $4,200 in damage to the gate machinery that now must be replaced, John / Accutech was MIA. Entirely non responsiveness, as if helping us in any way was not his responsibility or job. DO NOT hire this company or this person to do any job for you. They will take ZERO responsibility for the work they provide. I am angrier than can be politely expressed here, and happy to tell anyone who is interested to know why that is.
