This property management organization is one of the most unresponsive and unprofessional business that I have ever had to deal with. They either fail to understand or simply ignore professional and/or other responsibilities encumbered upon them as property managers/Landlords. Simply put--they promise the world, and deliver very little!
BE WARNED:
Make sure you read and understand any contract these people give you, prior to signing it. Better still, have an attorney look it over first! Also take time to log/record all noted discrepancies on the Dwelling Unit Condition Report. Make sure to take accompanying photographs for the record, and keep them in a safe place--keep copies of original documents in a safe place.
