T O S Test Only Smog

Called and they had multiple appointments for that day. Very professional and prompt, whole thing took maybe 35 minutes at the most. Plus they had military discount!

Needed a smog check and called TOS at 2:30 on Saturday to see if they had appointments for next week. They said and quot;come on downand quot; and when I got there 20 minutes later they pulled my Bronco into the stall and hooked it up. Within 30 minutes they had the smog done, certified, and sent to DMV -- and they apologized for taking so long!?! If phone call to completion of service is 1.5 hours at the normal rate then they have the highest expectation of service I have ever known.
Service was quick and professional; waiting area had nice comfortable chairs and a couch; the price was normal for the service. I will go to them again and recommend TOS Smog to everyone who wants a quick, professional smog check.

TOS performed the Smog Test, said that it past, and sent in the documents to DMV. Simple, no problems. However, I take my car to TOS for all my car services and repairs. They are professional, nice, and fair. It is the type of repair shop that will tell you what can wait and what you really need. They will work with you. I am a single woman, and I have had other companies try to rip me off. I trust TOS.

The vehicle was very difficult to smog since the vehicle was not well suited to the smog equipment. The company spent extra time to resolve the problem. The problem was with Toyotas and not the smog equipment.
