Fantastic! He was there early and ready to go! The carpets were filthy considering the last "tenants" we're actually squatters and vandalized the whole place but Simon Brothers was able to get out the oil and dirt! I was pleasantly surprised how great the carpets looked and smelled. They are reasonably priced considering he did the stairs also.
