River City was also hired by the HOA to replace the exterior of 2 failing chimneys. They were on the job immediately upon request and did a beautiful job. When rain was eminent, they covered all open areas to protect the integrity of the interior of the homes.
I was pleased with the quality of the work done on my chimney which I had done about 3 years ago. By being practice on taking care of my home, I had no further dry rot issues.
On all the jobs serviced by River City, the crews were polite and considerate. They cleaned up the work place and was left better than found.
