We used Angi to find a plumber early on a Sunday morning due to our toilet not flushing even after we plunged it and used our at-home auger snake which brought up a root ball. The professional and friendly dispatcher from Reliable called within 10 minutes of submitting our online request and the technician Joshua arrived within 10 minutes of the start time of our 2 hour service window, gave us a reasonable estimate and explained exactly what work would be done. He pulled the toilet and got the drain cleared of roots and the toilet flushing again within an hour. We will definitely contact Reliable Rooter & Plumbing Pro for our future plumbing needs!

This has to be the best plumbing service I’ve had in a long time! Starting with scheduling the appointment with Jessica and then Josh and DJ coming out to take care of a busted pipe. Josh explained what the issue was and how it needs to be repaired. Just within a couple hours, the pipe was repaired and my water bill appreciates it! I will definitely be calling Reliable Rooter & Plumbing Pro for all my plumbing issues!

10 out of 10 would recommend Josh and his team. We had a main line clog and he came out same day and cleaned it out. We thought it was roots in the pipe but he sent the camera down and showed me it was clear - he didn't try to get us to do any unnecessary and expensive work. Easy to schedule, honest, and reasonable prices. Plus I love that they are a local, family owned business. We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Fantastic service and QUICK! Joshua was out the next day and fixed our shower within an hour.
