Pond pump was guaranteed for two years. Pump went out in about 6 months and was replaced with a smaller unit I believe. We were charged $175.00. Pump again went out in less than a year and we were charged $395. The replacement pump was an even smaller unit and was a display model. The pumps that they are choosing are poor quality pumps or they are installing them poorly for them to be going out so quickly. Owner said that the quality of the pumps may be poor. I believe it is probably a little of both. I was depending on his expertise. I believe their warranties are worth the paper they are printed on.!
