Perry and his team are very knowledgeable and respond quickly. I had a themastat that wouldn't let me turn off my house fan. I was worried that it was costing me a fortune. Perry came out and replaced it sameday. He has helped me in the past as well. I highly recommend him.

I called PG&E in the morning to service my wall heater because my CO Monitor alarm came on and showed a high reading of carbon monoxide. A PG&E technician came out to inspect the unit and cleaned out most of the soot that was built up in the vent. After his inspection his CO monitor still was showing a high reading of carbon monoxide. He immediately turned off the unit and suggests that I call a HVAC company to have the unit vent cleaned more due to more soot still in the vent. I submitted a service request through Home Advisors and within half an hour “Perry Air Heating and Conditioning” company called and an appointment was set for the following morning. The Perry Air technician came to my home around 9:30 a.m. (I was given an arrival time slot of (9:30-11:30 a.m.). Within one hour the wall unit was cleared of the soot and his CO monitor reading showed that the unit was in good standing so he reconnected the unit to work again. I was very pleased with the quick response I received from Perry Air and with the work that was done on my heating wall unit. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is need of a HVAC company.

A "very special man" indeed. Called when he was running late. He had my heating system up and running in less than 30 mins. I had a feeling my filter was going in the wrong way, & he came back in to show me it was. I am so glad I called him. I will now have a warm home for just me & my cats. If any one I know has a problem, I will refer them to Perry.

All 3 had very good thorough estimates and customer awareness I thought....I chose Perry because he appeared to have more experience and was a little cheaper.

Perry said they were having a problem getting the parts from the manufacturer and the repairman said he would keep me informed at a certain time. When he did not call me within the hour of the scheduled time I called him/office. The repair was completed in a few days and the furnace works fine. That was two weeks ago.

I wanted to commend Aaron for the wonderful job he did on the duct cleaning at my home on 10/5/16. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done completely and it got a little messy at times. Also, the new thermostat solved the problem with my heater. Thank you so much. Kathy Remington
