Perkins Electric is a small business with opportunity of growth including 3 employees and access to all fascets of construction sub-contracting including, general, flooring, plumbing, drywall. In some cases we require 10% down payment before beginning of work, and the balance to be due within 30 days of completion of work. After 30 days will be a late payment fee.
