- No other carpet cleaner ever vacuumed my carpet before they cleaned it. I have a dog and there is a lot of dirt that gets into the house. The provider was patient and took a lot of time to do it right. Other companies have just wanted to get it done and not take the extra effort to make sure the cleaning was done the correct way. He had the right kind of equipment for the job. In fact, I will be calling him back to clean my sofa. My last dog was using it to sleep on and it needs cleaning also. I would definitely use Newhouse Carpet Cleaning again and would tell my friends and neighbors about how well they do their job.
Gordon was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his cleaning products and carpet tools. He has very sophisticated equipment and really understands the chemistry of his products and how they work for the best cleaning results. He explained everything thoroughly step by step which made it very easy to understand. My carpet turned out beautifully with all of the stains removed. It looks AND smells like a brand new carpet! I also learned a lot about the whole carpet cleaning process which I never knew before. It was a great learning experience for me! I highly recommend Gordon Newhouse to clean anyone's carpet.
