The cleaning is really just average. One time they left a coffee spill on my kitchen counter. My kitchen and bathroom floors are never really clean and now my toilets are getting hard water rings. A bit more elbow grease is needed.

My issue with Molly Maid was that they didn't show up on a couple of occasions at all and I didn't get any call from the person who ran it. He tried to be accommodating by having someone come right away but I said no because it did not fit my schedule. I had that happen two or three times, so I finally dropped them.

The first time my rings came up missing. After that I noticed my pearls and an entire drawer was wiped out (all the good stuff was taken) came up missing and I called the manager and he came out here and said he would take care of it and then never did anything. All I wanted was my jewelry back, I did not want to hurt his business.
