Marcus Plumbing

Mr. Marcus called when he first received our message, almost immediately, which was impressive.  He scheduled an inspection & arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.  When he first arrived he shook my hand and provided his business card to me.  He performed his inspection quickly and provided an estimate.  We decided to go with his business and he scheduled the appointment for the next day.
The next day, for the scheduled appointment, he called to notify us he is running late but would be there within the hour.  He was finishing picking up supplies he would need.  He did show up within the the hour and got right to work.  He had his son as his helper and they were both professional and courteous.
Since all of the work to be performed was under the house within a crawlspace, he and his son both donned disposable white coveralls so they would not get dirty, and they were very careful about tracking dirty into the house.  They got started right away and they spent the entire time working on the pipe replacement.  There was no dilly-dally, no breaks, and they were very efficient with their time, which was appreciated.  They even asked if it was ok to play music on one of their smart phones, which I did not have a problem with; and it was at a level I almost did not hear.
I would most certainly call them again.  We felt he was Honest & Trustworthy.
