Landscapes by Cochran Inc.

After interviewing several landscapers, we chose LbC. Their price wasn't the lowest, but their professionalism won us over. Aaron spent time analyzing our yard to determine what we would need (we have no grass, but lots of plants, trees and shrubs) We hired them to do the first time clean up as we had a major front and back yard project for the last six months with no landscape care as well as our weekly care in the future. Of course the big test is the work. The team showed up as promised. Aaron didn't just tell them what to do, but took the time to walk around the front and back showing them what needed to be done. The two Shawns were awesome. They were thorough and polite. They answered questions and made sure our requests were taken care of. The shrubbery is now well shaped and the big weeds pulled. The small weeds have been sprayed and will be cleaned up when the weekly crew begins their work. They left everything clean. We couldn't have asked for a better start with our new landscape company :) The toughest thing to do is keep consistent excellence. I will keep you posted on how the weekly effort goes and hope to continue to reporting good news.

I had tried several difference providers of lawn services .... college students, small mow and blow companies. After having my front and rear yards undergo a significant landscaping overhaul, I was having difficultly finding a Lawn and Yard services provider that would help me protect this investment.



I've been with Landscape by Cochran for about six months for the Lawn Service. They service is excellent and well worth the monthly fee. The team that comes out does not just service your property, they care for it as if it was their own home.



The team shows up consistently at the scheduled time, which is helpful so that I can ensure the gate is unlocked and dog is inside, you can set your watch by the way the team consistently show up. They work hard, it's more than just a blow and mow, the pull weeds, trim scrubs and investigate issues, such as plants that appear distressed. They check the irrigation system for problems and it' the correct is minor, they will patch or repair it on the spot. I had a new plant that needed to go in, and they just took care of it.



The team from Landscapes by Cochran is very professional, the trucks are clean and well maintained, they are considerate about where they park so not to block anyone's driveways and they are dressed in clean uniforms, so that you and your neighbor know that it's someone who is suppose to be on your property, not a random person entering the yard. They are all friendly, articulate and encourage you to come out and speak with the team so they get feedback and ensure you are satisfied with the service. The team lead/Forman for my property, Sean is outstanding.



I highly recommend this business for Lawn and Yard service, I only regret that I didn't go to them for the originally landscaping work.

The owner was kind enough to travel out of his way to do this job. Great customer service and workers were very polite and most importantly knew what they were doing. They loved dogs and I felt very comfortable with this crew around my 4 year old. Good guys! Top notch service! Would recommend and hire again.
