Perfect. The installed price matched the initial phone quote I received. The technician, Mikhail, even moved some of our junk out of his way. I will use them again. I like the fact that they have been around for 30+ years.

It was a dismal disappointment. I had to teach the guy how to put the code in the new thing and figured out how to work. He didn't know how to do it. I was a basic job. It was a failure. They are reasonable. They were pretty responsive and they were on time. They didn't know how to do the job and I had to read the manual to him and helped him figure it out. They were professional with me.

He was good! He adjusted the mechanism because it wasn’t opening properly. He did his business and got out. He was great! I haven’t had any trouble since then.

Replaced garage door rollers.

Several hours late from agreed upon time. What made it worse, didn't call to say he would be late until after the time to meet had passed. Called 2-3 times afterwards to say he would be late. Finally got to the house and had an attitude about being late. REALLY!

I'd give less than one star if that was an option. Horrible Company to even try to work with. My Pulte home came with a double car door installed incorrectly by Easy Lift Garage Doors.
It is a Wayne Dalton Garage door, that cracked from the inside, then became inoperable. I called the manufacturer, who told me to work with an authorized distributor, so I called Easy Lift as they are both the initial installer and authorized distributor. They came out and said the indentation caused by the door cracking inward/out is from stress is not covered under warranty and wanted to charge me the price of entire brand new garage door to replace two panels! That is absurd!! If you bend a piece of steel cracked on one side, of course the outside would show the same line. Funny thing is aside from that one line on the outside, there is ZERO exterior damage. I called two third party contractors to examine the door, including Home Depot, all of which said it should have been covered under warranty! STEEL GARAGE DOORS SHOULDN'T CRACK on the inside lip!
Called Easy Lift and requested to speak to a manager after them lying to get out of fixing their mistake, and the manager refused to return my call or get on the phone with me!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE INSTALLATION/TECHS!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC!! Not to mention their prices are ridiculous! I fully intend to file a complaint with BBB, in addition to through media. DO NOT USE EASY LIFT DOOR COMPANY!

Tried to fix garage door which had rollers coming off the track. It was not an easy job because metal was fatigued in places and screws were coming out of metal. I would have preferred that he ask if I would pay a bit more to get plates to hold screws better installed as it started coming apart again in a few months. Not bad service, just not very satisfactory.

The service was very good and I am now able to raise and lower my garage door manually without difficulty.

It went fine, except I couldn't uderstand anything the 2 were talking about as it was a language I was not familiar with (middle eastern I would guess). I did ask why the door was so noisy when closing and they seemed knowledgable that it was the chain drive mechanism that was creating the noise. The suggested a belt drive.47

Easy to make the appointment and quick turnaround for completion of work.

I felt the job was done fine, but it did occur to me that the price wasn't much of a bargain vs. the going rate. But the person was on time, friendly and knew what he was doing. It just was a much easier job than I thought.

Readily answered the request to come out and work on the garage. Punctual. Replaced the rollers and serviced the garage door. New rollers and probably the servicing has certainly decrease the loud noises our garage used to make. Overall pleased. Gave a B for price - don't know how much the rollers are, but the entire job was finished in less than 20 minutes which seemed somewhat steep compared to other services I have purchased through Angie's List in terms of cost to time spent.

It went really good. He even helped me on the smaller door too. He also replaced the gasket at the bottom of the door for a reasonable price. I'd use him again.
