CSV Systems

It was a challenged. The best alarm system is a hard wired alarm system. I wanted to keep the one I have. I had experienced many difficulties with Protection 1, many, many, many and had to buy out my contract. Protection 1 is fradulent. deceptive and needs to be out of business. They put a and quot;d0and quot; code on my motherboard/panel. It was no good. The system was not Protection One's. It was bought and fully paid for by the prior owner of my home.. However, I was unable to use my home alarm. Why? Because Protection 1 put a programming lock: and quot;dOand quot; Dialer off--which actually ruins--destroys the system. I left it that way for years because it was a bad subject that I did not want to revisit. My neighborhood suffers from break-ins. We have a Neighborhood Watch and a Homeowners Association but the burglaries continue. Someone tried to enter my home from the side gate. My German Shepherd scared them away but my other dogs were running around the neighborhood and I was called at work. I came home. It took me about 45 minutes. My dogs were rounded up by well meaning neighbors--thank you, God; they are my family. With that, I decided to deal with the alarm issue again. It was with shear dread; that I must revisit the scene of ruin, intentionally performed by Protection 1.
With Angie's List help I found Dave of CSV Systems. Soft spoken Dave, a sole proprietor. He would rewire my system and not complain and not try to sell me on wireless. He promised, and he used the word: promise, to get my system up and running. He did. We did have a few blips. But as in any good relationship we worked thorough the issues. They were minor blips--keypad, open door and ready prompt but he immediately fixed them. All is well, thanks to Dave! I truly mean that! It was a most difficult situation but now I can feel safe in my home and away from my home. He also provides the monitoring of my system and no contract. Thank you Lord for bringing Dave into my life.--I feel blessed

Since I did not live in town, and was having this alarm installed at my mother's home, I had to rely on Angie's list and Dave's phone interview, to guide my selection.

Arrived on time - and finished within two hours - no attempt to upsell!
