After much difficulty and last-minute rescheduling on their part, we met with the owner to discuss putting a pool in our yard.  He was very nice and talked with us a long time about what we wanted and didn't want.  He said he would have someone come out to take measurements and we would hear back with a bid. 

We didn't hear for a couple of weeks, then went on vacation and forgot about it for about a month.  When I came across the business card I gave them a call to see what had happened.  The person who answered the phone said she would look into it and call us back.  To her credit, she did, but we were not home so she left a message stating that they had decided not to bid on our project.  That was it.  No apology.

I called back to get more details and was basically told that they were too busy to bid on our project (nice for them!) and was again offered no apology for wasting my time bothering to meet at all, or for declining to bid and not telling us, or for not apologizing for any of that!

The quality of the pool is very good and we are very happy with the finished product, both the hardscape and pool. However, the day-to-day communication was inconsistent and sometimes frustrating. The owners did a good job of keeping us satisfied with the project,

It's a small family owned business. The people that you meet with to talk about the quote are the ones you will be dealing with throughout the process. They went above and beyond our expectations and really put in the effort to get things right. If there was one thing they needed to work on it's communication. There were times in the process where we could have bee a little better informed as to what was happening when. But in the end, our pool turned out beautifully and 2 weeks before scheduled!

They did a beautiful job, and were very attentive to our needs. They came up with very important suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. They weren't typical salesmen. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't want. They did several extra things that were not included in the original estimate. The business is all family owned since the sixties. I would highly recommend them.

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD AT THEIR WORK. THEY GAVE US WHAT THEY PROMISED. WE WERE ALWAYS WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE WORK. THIS IS A SMALL COMPANY BUT WE RECOMMEND THEM.
