Awesome company, they are a little on the expensive side and I know I over paid BUT the crew that came did an amazing job and our rep John was great at communicating and getting every answer we had answered.

Excellent experience with this company. They lent us a portable air conditioner while we waited for our new air conditioner to be installed. They helped us with financing the new system. All the service employees were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even came out to help us after the office was closed. I fully recommend their company.

The project was done up to and above satisfaction; they were fantastic, very customer service oriented and were really out to do what was best for the customer.

Update 5/1/18 Cal Energy has been trying to get Plygem to contact me regarding the windows, I have yet to hear from Them. Cal energy continues to contact me letting me know they are working with Plygem the window supplier to resolve my issues. 12,000$ for Windows that look like garbage. There are pieces of unfinished plastic all over the windows where they were broken out of the molds. I called the company. They said they would look into it 2 week’s ago. I’ve heard nothing since.

The best contractor experience we've ever had. We hired CECS to deal with a serious leak problem. They installed new windows on the back and side of our home and subbed stucco removal and replacement. All work was done as agreed, within the time period specified. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of everyone involved. Kristin was in frequent communication throughout, making sure we were informed and satisfied with the work. Workers were here when expected and did the job without disappearing on other projects. Brian and Kristin also helped us get an original window replaced, one not included in the original work, when it was broken months later. We would definitely hire CECS again. I wish they were available for other types of home project construction!

I gave them an overall of 4.5 because I found some broken glass, my dog got a piece in his paw.

This project was completed in a timely and neat manner. The workers even chased my 2 yr old back into the house from the front yard a couple times for me since I couldn't keep up while pregnant. It took them 4 hours to tear out and replace 5 windows, 2 of them fairly large and one needing extensive demo compared to the other 4. They cleaned up well prior to leaving as well.

Great folks to work with. They even came by to help me with some framing.

CECS did a great job replacing the 21 windows in my house with new, energy efficient Simonton windows. I am recommending them to my friends and family.

I received five (5) quotes for the job. California Energy Consultant came in with the second lowest price. Others were more than double. Gary came out and was very knowledgable about the fiber cement material. Once hired, they showed up at the exact time that I wanted them to start the job. Once the job was started I called Gary and his Production Manager a couple times with some concerns I had. I never waited more than 30 minutes to have the concerns answered and the job completed the way I expected it. I would definetly utilize this company again.

The purchase and installation experience was wonderful. The installers were friendly, efficient and very clean.

Phil did not get my bathroom contract but I did contract him to install all of my windows! He did a TERRIFIC JOB and in only one DAY! I plan on Hiring him again!

They were timely in their installation and well priced for the windows we had installed.

CEC were efficient and timely. The work they did was high quality and our house looks great! Their fee was much lower (several hundred) than the other price quotes but we did not see in the work. The foreman clearly explained what he and his crew would be doing and did a fantastic job including cleaning up their job site perfectly.

They were so patient with me while I researched what I wanted in a window and answered questions in a way that I could understand and that helped me to make a decision I was very comfortable with. Also, I could not find someone to beat their prices for their Simonton product line!

Gary Lee was very easy to work with and the installation crew did a great job as well. I like the product, the service and the price was competitive.
