Nancy showed up on time answered our questions explained what she was going to do and had her bid submitted in a couple of days. Her bid was competitive with several other tile contractors. She came to us on recommendation of family who had her do several rooms in their home. We have since recommended her to neighbors doing a remodel. She was on time, on bid and even helped us get a refund on a couple of unused boxes. High quality craftsman whom I have no trouble giving a high recommendation.
