WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT SEVEN YEARS. I SPEAK TO EITHER THE SAME GENTLEMAN OR LADY EACH TIME. THEY NOTIFY US OF SPECIALS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, AND ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SPECIAL REQUESTS MOST OF THE TIME.
