It is a mom and pop operation. They are very competent, very friendly. They are good. The residential expert and his wife make a great team. It is obvious they been doing this for a while.

We have a Mitsubishi Diamond 55" Projection TV that recently started to intermittently "roll" the image horizontally. We would also loose sound. I called Video ComTech Tuesday morning and spoke with the owner. He asked me to turn on the TV and call him back when the problem came up again. I called right back when the problem recurred within 5 minutes. Mr. Rahmani was able to come to my house within the hour to diagnose the problem. Apparently the regulator on the circuit board had gone bad. Mr. Rahmani gave me an estimate for the repair - $300 - and also advised me of other potential problems with this model that may become evident if the repair to the circuit board did not resolve all issues. But he said the price would not change. He took the circuit board with him and was back the next day to re-install. He performed a thorough cleaning of the projection lenses and adjusted the color for us as well. The picture quality is amazing; it looks virtually brand new. His services come with a 6 month warranty for parts and labor. Mr. Rahmani was very professional: keeping me posted as to his ETA if he was stuck in traffic, doing everything he said he would, and more. As an added bonus - in my opinion - we learned that we are virtually neighbors, living only 1.5 miles apart. I like conducting business in my own "backyard". I would recommend Video Comtech to anyone needing services of this sort.

The 52" Mitsubishi diamond series projection TV had some electrical problems forcing us to initially call a sears repairman. He was able to restore sound but picture was very poor. We then went on the Mitsubishi website to find authorized repairmen in our area. Video com tech was the closest to our home. they promptly arrived the next morning and restored the picture quality to almost brand new. we regret not calling them initially
