I have talked to the manager named "Jimmie Reed" and he is a great guy who showed concerns for customer and willing to go to nitty details on my concerns of gophers. He shows positive attitude and willing to help in anyways. his team has helped me capture a real Gopher at my renter's home. Thanks to Truly Nolan for all your help.

Richard did a thorough investigation of my attic in search of a bird invasion. He took pictures of the attic from various angles as evidence. He concluded that there was no bird(s) or any other critters in the attic. Richard also took a look outside on the roof and discovered that in fact, there were a couple of pigeons nesting underneath the solar panels on the roof of the house, but there was no evidence of any possible entries into the attic. I was very pleased with Richard's service, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.

The gentleman whose name I cannot recall so much later, did an excellent job explaining where the problems were and proceeded to complete it. He took his time and I do not think I shall have termites for a very long time. Best person and then, best company. He was extremely pleasant and we know he did a very thorough job.
