Travis showed me examples of the quality of work that he would provide, but none of the items he delivered to me were of that quality and were far inferior to what he promised. Travis was unresponsive when I tried to reach him when he repeatedly missed his deadlines and when he did finally deliver a coffee table at the beginning of February that I had ordered in November for a Christmas present, not only did it lack the glass top that I had paid for, but the dimensions of the item were completely different from those on the order sheet. The two bedside tables were unfinished in the back, the paint job is awful and there is a big chip in the wood on one drawer. The bedside tables were also months late in delivery from the date they had been ordered. I would never hire Travis Hayes again and I would encourage others to take their business elsewhere.
