They did an excellent job.  I have a very small home, a two bedroom, one bath home. They were the most reasonably priced with what I felt comfortable with. They were very nice. They did what they were supposed to and got out of here. They knew what they were doing. They do a lot of work.  They came with a life time guarantee. I have already referred them to somebody else in our neighborhood who came by and asked.

They did an awesome job. They did not damage the exterior stucco on our home. They were neat and clean. The measurements that they took were perfect! The windows fit so well, and we also have an alarm system that they had no problem installing the windows without comprising the connection. I get nothing but compliments on our windows and sliders. They appear as though they were installed this year. That confirms the quality of the product and the quality of the installation that TMC provides.

The project went very well. They had a crew of three on the job at 7:30 and worked at least 8 hours every day until finished. They finished the work in 4 1/2 days. The owner, Terry came by regularly to oversee the work being done and deal with the city inspectors. They spent almost as much time masking off the area to protect my belongings and cleaning up afterwords as they did with the actual work. They ran into some unorthodox wiring running along the door jams, that needed rerouting into the walls to be done correctly. I have dealt with contractors before. So I was ready for the and quot;This will cost you extraand quot; line, especially when it took them an additional 4 man hours to correct. However, they just took care of it without asking for a penny more. AMAZING. I have had several bad experiences with contractors over the years, so I don't look forward to any needed construction I cannot accomplish on my own . These folks were a breath of fresh air.

I first worked with Terry, the owner, 5 years earlier when planning to replace 8 windows. What another window company had told me re: brand/material/style availability turned out to be false. That company was going to sell me a lesser brand without telling me. I did not have those windows replaced, but, based on this experience, I opted to go with TMC on this latest project due to Terry's honesty. I had a lot of questions and had concerns that most people apparently don't, but Terry and Angela were very patient and explained everything. On the 1st day of installation, it turned out that, due to inconsistent spacing around the original windows, wood trim could not be mitred. The only other option was vinyl, which would defeat the purpose of having fiberglass. I was very upset. The installers contacted Terry, who came out and offered me a more expensive installation method, jamb-and-case, for no add'l charge. I felt that he did the appropriate customer service thing without my having to argue. Since this method takes more time, Terry joined the 2 installers in order to get the job done in 3 days as planned. I love my new windows and especially my new French doors! On the 3rd day, an add'l worker joined the crew and cleaned all the windows and doors inside and out. Donald and the 2nd installer, whose name I don't recall, were very professional.
Based on this experience, I have again contracted with TMC to replace 10 add'l windows. This time I have specified jamb-and-case up front because it is so beautiful. The incremental cost is well worth it.

We were very happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
