They are honest and do a great job. They are not the cheapest company but they are lower than the dealership. The staff is knowledgable and they do not have a high turnover. They do not try to talk me into doing unnecessary services. I feel like I can trust them. I like that I can drop off and pick up my vehicles after hours. They are a busy company which tells me that other people are happy with their services as well.

I've always taken my cars to dealers, and I had seen these people advertised and they were local. I started going to them and I was very pleased. They don't do anything unless it needs to be done. I took my 4Runner there before I purchased it and had them check it out. I've been going back there ever since.

They are honest when they are talking to me and quoting. They are very knowledgeable about my vehicle and provide a lot of information. They leave the final decision up to me without any pressure selling which I really like. When I do not go ahead with any of their service they do not show me any grief. I would use them again in the future.

They're great. They're not the cheapest, but if you want it done right the first time, you should go to them. They have been there a long time, they will not screw you over, and they are still cheaper than dealerships. All their repair men are licensed as well, and the owners will shoot you straight.

They are extremely good with diagnosing problems. They are very honest and integrity is a big deal to them. They are very informative and take time to explain things. They always give you options and have first rate customer service. They also have a two way pick up and drop off shuttle, so they will pick you up and drop you off at work or anything. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH TITAN AUTOMOTIVE. THEY CHECKED HIS CAR OUT, AND CALLED US WITHIN 4 HOURS OF IT BEING TOWED IN. THEY ALSO FOUND AN OIL LEAK THAT THEY FIXED. THEY CAME WITHIN $2 OF THEIR ORIGINAL QUOTE, AND THEN WHEN I ASKED IF ANYTHING ELSE LOOKED BAD WITH HIS CAR, THEY SAID THAT JUST THE BACK TIRES. I FELT THEY WERE VERY HONEST.
