Landscaping
George came and spent a long time evaluating our needs. He mentioned numbers for the actual work that were in the range of $250,000 to $500,000 and kept reiterating that it would improve the property and increase resale value. When I mentioned that there was no way we were putting that much money into it because we didn't know how long we were staying, he seemed to lose his enthusiasm for the project. In fact, the plans were never completed or delivered. We called numerous times and even sent certified letters demanding a refund. Eventually, we took them to small claims court and won a judgment against them. However, we have been unable to collect on it to date as apparently they don't have that much money.
