He did really work. He did a great job. When he got angry on the phone while he was working it was a little disconcerting but when I walked in he completely changed. He was never angry with us, he was very pleasant when interacting with us. It was just a little strange. Otherwise he was fine. He was pleasant, helpful, meticulous, and the price was very good for the level of detail he provided.

Steve did a great job. Wallpaper removal must be the most time consuming thing you can do, but Steve managed to remove tons of it in just a few days. The walls and trim look great!
