Chad and his crew showed up on time, were friendly and exceeded my expectations with the work they performed. They were very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning services.

All the individuals at the company were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.  They arrived on time and after installation left the house clean.  The unit was installed quickly and efficiently.  It works great.  Both  Leon Pettikas, and Chad Hegreberg, from Spicer Mechanical, were wonderful to work with.  I recommend this firm highly.

I really pays to shop around and get several quotes. Our old R22 ozone poking 2.5 ton condenser gave out on us so we started calling around. We got a wild range of assessments and prices ranging from $1000 for a "refurbished" unit installed by a guy that speaks broken English to $4200 to replace the condenser and evaporator coil by an up-salesman. Finally we called Spicer [pronounced SPICE-ER] and knew we had a winner. Leon came out and was a complete pro. He was friendly and smart and very knowledgeable. He even gave the dog some attention. Whats more he even does the work on site with his team so we have "our guy" from beginning to end. We ended up getting a new ozone loving (410a), 14 seer, 2.5 ton Goodman condenser and evaporator coil installed for $2500 with a 10 year warranty. This is the exact service we were quoted $4200 for by someone else! If you do a bunch of research online you will find that the experts say it more about who installs your HVAC than the brand and the "better names" are mostly just an up-sale tactic. Near as I can tell most of brands have guts made by the same company, Copeland Scroll, anyway. Bottom line: they showed up on time at 7:30 like they said they would and were done by 11:30, charged us a fair price and now we have AC again! Thank YOU!!! PS: Since the install I have recommended Spicer to my downstairs neighbor and she got a great deal as well!

Superb, there is not much to say when a job is done perfectly. the crew worked together like clockwork, explain details about the systems and came back to address a concern that I had. Superb crew and Leon is a true professional. Leon retunred my phone calls every time within a few hours. Always on time and extremely polite and professional. I would not even consider going to someone else.

Great, completed in one day.  One unit was causing vibration noise into house, came back and corrected it quickly.

Went exactly according to plan; workers were here at time and date stated, took 1 day, installed new units, cleaned up; all areas, no mess.  Excellent service by people who knew what they were doing.

We purchased a new HVAC system for our home on 11/20/14 (no ductwork). Leon was recommended to us by a neighbor who recently had a new central air conditioner installed by Spicer Mechanical.  After receiving bids from four different contractors, we decided upon Spicer to do the job.

We are very pleased with the work they did.  They are professional, courteous and thorough.  During the installation process, it was pointed out to us there was a problem with our existing drainpipe for the evaporator coil where it joined a bathroom drainpipe.  Thinking we would need to have a plumber come out to fix this, Chad with Spicer promptly said he would fix it for us, and did so without even charging us anything extra.  When the job was complete, we couldn't even tell any work had been done at our home, inside or out, their cleanup was so detailed.

Leon did not engage in any upselling when he first came to our home (on time) to offer a proposal.  Spicer Mechanical offers good quality service at reasonable prices. I would recommend them to others, as they were recommended to us.
