Southern Pacific Electric was recommended by our roofing contractor. Kathy was super courteous and helpful in scheduling a service appointment and Keith was prompt, courteous, and performed quality work. We are scheduling an additional project with SPE very soon.

My experience was good. He was competent and very polite. He did the work that he came out to do.

When he quoted the job, it was supposed to take only one visit. But due to circumstances beyond his control, he had to return a second day. Keith stuck with his original quote and did great work. He is punctual, professional, and friendly. I would recommend his work to anyone.

Keith and his wife Kathy were great to work with. Keith came by and consulted with me before providing a quote, and Kathy worked with me to arrange scheduling. Keith arrived on time, and took care to do as clean and neat a job as possible. I have already asked him to quote some additional work for me.

They did excellent work. They were very cooperative. They were very flexible to my needs with my schedule.

Good - no problems

I picked Southern Pacific because they excel in one area that most other contractors are inexplicably deficient: follow-up. I work in marketing and know that follow-up is an important component when trying to attract and retain customers. Most contractors, however, just drop off a quote and are never heard from again. Southern Pacific is a husband/wife team, and Kathy Cobb does a great job staying in touch through email, inquiring about the status of projects, answering questions and scheduling visits that her husband arrives for promptly. Their pricing is very competitive, and all work was performed exactly as promised.

Keith was just great! He recommended how the work should be done and what was best for my use. He was prompt, responsive and super to work with. Everything was completed the same day and all works well.

During our kitchen remodeling project we hired a recommended "electrician" who apparently wired our entire kitchen onto one circuit. We knew this because the first time we used the microwave with the washer and dryer running, we popped the breaker. Keith came and looked things over, and rewired the kitchen so that we now have 6 circuits (apparently they were already there...) and our kitchen electricity is up to code. He also installed a down-can in the ceiling. He was prompt, friendly and easy to work with. Keith's wife Kathy handles the scheduling and she is a delight to work with as well. We would hire Keith again and recommend him without reservation.

Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the breaker. Recommended we upgrade the box as the home is older. No pressure. Said just call him when we are ready. Knows someone to recommend to fix breakout of stucco after electric work is done.
