I 90% like them. They were very good all the way through the process. However, finding after a year of having the panels that I haven't produced enough electricity and the electric company is billing me a large sum of money for the difference. They are looking into it now but I don't know what the outcome is going to be. Other than that, they are a great company. I paid $30,000 for the panels and I get the tax credit this year. I never checked any other companies because I have trees out front on the south side and no other company would even put panels on my roof. This is the only company that told me they had a way of doing it, and they put the panels on the back of my roof, but still facing the south side. Since there is no other company that would do it, I have no comparison for the price. The quality of their work was great. They were all very good to work with. They should not have given me the expectations that they did. They said that their panels would take care of all the electric that I was using so outside I would be able to use my electric heat as well. It would produce enough and it obviously hasn't. They made a mistake on that. For the most part, I think that they didn't have my tree problem so it's a great company.

After many consultation with different solar companies I decided to go with Solar 360.  I called in after looking at the reviews in yelp and got to deal with Isiah Smith.  We never met in person as I was tired of meeting with people.  I spoke with Isiah and gave him what I wanted and so forth and they gave me quote.  Price wise they were not the best but they I just had a good feeling that I wanted to deal with them and I am very happy and referred over my friends and family of which 2 have already signed to get it done.

Solar 360 did a very good job.  I was concerned how the panels would look on my home since they would be on the front side of my house due to its southern exposure. Upon installation, I was very pleased with the overall look of the mono black Solorworld panels on my grey-toned presidential roof. Additionally, I was pleased with the configuration, installation and fit/finish of the necessary electrical boxes and inverts installed onto the side of the house.  I have looked at several other Solar installations in my general area and definitely believe the installation on my house is the cleanest and most professional looking.  The only hitches that occurred during the whole process was the scheduling of city inspections which took a bit longer than anticipated due to the backlog of pending inspections at the city.  Solar 360 kept me fully informed as to the inspection schedules and worked closely with the city to assure the necessary inspections remained in their proper queue position with the city.  The system was commissioned on April 7th 2015 and is producing energy at or, above the predicted levels.  In the 1st month the system actually produced more energy than used which resulted in a small credit on my electric bill.

I was very pleased with the entire process start to finish.  No pushy sales guys here! Really seems like they are just trying to get you the best system for the best price! Our sales rep, Jerad was amazing, gave us the best price of three different companies we quoted and was very hands on through the whole process.  Everyone involved in the process was very professional; roofers, electricians, and solar install guys!!  If there was anything not to my liking they were all very quick to make it right, no debating, they just wanted me to be happy!  
Additionally they had the best financing deal out of everyone, hands down!

Solar 360 did everything well.  My wife and I have been interested in solar for awhile and became familiar with it.  We then had three different companies visit but we just could not trust any of them.  They were expensive and dishonest and none of them used American-made equipment.  When Solar 360 visited, it was a different story.  Vincent Curcie was very professional and honest and sold us on his company.  And they cost less.
We are happy to report Solar 360 uses only American-made solar panels and American-made inverters.  This, along with the honesty of Vince, was a great selling point.  We are very happy with his communication and professionalism
I have a goal of getting an electric car, but the only 240 Volt line into my garage is used by the air conditioner.  Solar 360's electricians dug a trench about 30 feet long from the electric panel to the garage and installed two separate high voltage plugs in the garage.  A new larger electric circuit-breaker box was required and installed and it looks better than the old smaller one. The solar  panels were installed in one day.  The City of Irvine inspectors passed the installation.
We couldn't be happier and want to thank Solar 360 for their great work.  

After watching our electric bill skyrocket the last few years and the uncertainty of the future electric tier fees, we began to research the advantages of purchasing and installing a solar system.  After researching and interviewing numerous vendors we chose Vince Curcie from Solar 360, Building Services Inc. to be our representative.  

      There are many advantages to going solar but primarily the long term cost savings was most important to us.  We purchased our system as opposed to leasing.  The research I did on purchasing vs. leasing provided us with no logical reason to lease and in the end the greatest cost advantage was purchasing.  We did not have to put any money down and we used a lender that Vince referred us to, who provided multiple options that we liked. We settled on an option that allowed us to pay our loan off in 8 years and our monthly bill is still less than our average monthly electric bill.  With our solar system generating electricity we will not have an electricity bill so it is a win ?win for us.  

     Recently, there have been many salespeople in our area asking if we are interested in going solar.  Through my contact with them, I have found that most of these are salespeople only and have very basic knowledge as to the working of the solar system.  They will push a ?20 year lease option with a locked in monthly electric bill? or ?17 cent KW? option.  These salespeople did not spend the time to explain their product and immediately went into the cost and how they would save me money.  This sounds pretty enticing at first, but the monthly bill will increase every year and after 20 years, you still don?t own the system.  You will have paid two to three times as much by leasing as opposed to purchasing. There are some big name sales companies with large advertising funds and famous spokespersons pushing this option as well.  Don?t fall for the bait!!!  

     With Solar 360, I found and contacted them.  I interviewed Vince Curcie at my home.  I found Vince to be professional and a great representative of the company.  Vince kept me informed as to the progress of the installation from beginning to end.  Vince took the time to explain the function of the solar system and product they used, manufactured in Oregon, USA.  He used our previous 12 months electric bill to obtain our average monthly electric service cost and KW?s used.  Using this information he obtained the number of solar panels needed to generate enough electricity to come close to covering our electrical usage.  With this information he provided us with the cost of the solar system and approximate monthly bill depending on number of years of the loan.
