Very well. Rick arrived for the inspection and conducted a thorough review of the property including the detached garage, patio cover, and interior. He explained everything completely and quoted prices right then as he wrote up an estimate. Both my realtor and I were impressed with his professionalism and the reasonableness of his cost estimate. I scheduled the work and he arrived on time, performed the work with a helper and cleaned up afterward. Since I had to leave, Rick and his helper finished after I left. When I returned to inspect the work, I found some areas that I thought needed some attention, so I contacted him right away. He called me and scheduled to arrive the next day for additional work without extra charges. I really appreciated that he wanted to satisfy the customer even if it meant extra time and effort.
