Rafael was knowledgeable and more than capable to do the job I hired him to do, but did the job with efficiency and consideration to us, the homeowners. He was friendly and personable and asked and answered questions His work was clean and he left the job clean and tidy. He is licensed and very reasonable. And we will have him back soon!

Rafael came out and gave us a free quote for the cost of removing shelving in our closets, repairing the drywall, getting rid of popcorn ceiling and then priming and painting. He did a great job and the work was very high quality. He was also very thoughtful in keeping our house clean after he was finished. Highly recommend!

My needs were minimal. I had t o change a battery on my fire alarm that was part of my ADT alarm system. It was far too high for me to safely reach. Battery was changed, with RFL confirming with ADT that all was working properly.

Hired RFL Construction to repair a hole made in my stucco wall when pipes were repaired. He was very knowledgeable, professional and one-time for the estimate and when starting the work.

Rafael and his assistant arrived on time. They did the job of removing a wooden platform for the old washer/dryer. They moved the old washer/dryer to the side of the house. They left the work area very neatly.

Rafael installed a doggie gate at the base of our stairs and then fixed a fence in our backyard in a creative manner to enable workers to enter and exit easily when necessary. He offered to fill in a couple extra little holes in our walls where the puppy gate used to be and also helped to dispose of a bulky old area rug we wanted to get rid of. We found him to be highly skilled, efficient, and friendly. One more thing: he cleaned up after himself, even bringing along his own vacuum cleaner to take care of the dust left by his drilling. I saved his card and will call him next time I need a handyman.

Rafael does good work. He installed 3 patios. Two of them leaked with the heavy rain. Rafael promised to come back and he did. He and a helper worked all day 6-26-19; without charging more for materials to fix the leaks. Very hard worker and skilled.

My new dining room ceiling came out perfect. RFL did all aspects of the job, including painting. The work area and adjacent rooms were thoroughly cleaned, with all dust and debris removed, when the job was done. I would definitely use them again.
